More details to this question:
I am in the process of joining the Navy. After speaking with a Recruiter a few times, he said me and the mother of my children need to come up with Custody agreement for while I'm active duty, stating who will take care of my dependents while I'm gone. I cannot find any forms regarding this type of situation, we don't want to have a fight for custody. Legally, she has custody over the oldest child, as he is not biologically mine. Our youngest child is legally/biologically mine, but we don't have set custody agreements, we pretty much just work it out. Any help would be appreciated!

It's a good idea to draft a custody agreement whereby she gets custody whenever you're deployed. If you draft a consent order, you can usually file it with your local custody office for a fee.
