More details to this question:
I have been seeing this guy since 1983, hes been living with me from the beginning and basically stealing money from me the entire time. We are not married, nor do we get along. I support him, ive asked him to leave, and he will not. So I need legal advice. What kind of lawyer should I get, how long will this process take?

It depends on your living situation. If you rent and he is on the lease, ask the landlord to evict him. If he is not on the lease, you have to move to evict him. If you own the house and he doesn't, you must evict him. A lawyer who practices landlord-tenant law is a good resource for this kind of situation. There is no legal process to obtain a "legal separation" in Pennsylvania.
