Need help with a property settlement from a divorce. an order has been in place, other party is not following court order.

I'm posting on behalf of the owner of the property. Dan got a court order in place after a divorce that if he sold his house his ex wife is to move out. He has all the paperwork of going through a realtor, and selling the house to his girlfriend. My name is Emily, and I am trying to buy the house from them but cannot until she is out of the house. We have tried filing and wasted three months getting filed with the wrong judge, and we are at a loss of what to do next. The judge said we are to go to the original judge that put the court order in place, and the defendant is in contempt of court for not obeying the order, he is just unable to do anything because he is not the judge that made the order. We have all the paperwork from everything, the original order, the proof we have sent paperwork to her to move out. We need help because its been six months of trying to get this house and move in, its been frustrating and miserable. Looking for a lawyer to help us put an end to this.
