I live in New York and my husband has not paid the week alimony stipulated in the report and recommendations issued after trial. It has been over a month and I don't see anything changing. We are not yet divorced. What should I request my lawyer to do?

If you have a lawyer that attorney should know how to enforce a court rder. However, if it is recommendations rather than an order there is nothing to enforce.
