Not the real father

More details to this question:
I wanted to know if I have a step daughter the I've been raising since she was six months an findout her so called father is not her real father thru DNA test from the courts an need to know can me and her mother get him out the picture because we plan to get married an that's the only thing that's holding me back from jumping the broom with her because his name is on the birth certificate an he won't let go

Possibly.  This is a very complex situation.  If your girlfriend and he were married when your stepdaughter was conceived, a DNA test may not be enough to get him "out of the picture", as you put it.  You really should consult with an attorney, as there are a lot of things to consider in your situation, and this is not really the appropriate forum for a full interview.  There are many family law attorneys who will give you a free consultation.  Check one out.
