I filed a petition for sole custody of my son. 2 weeks later the paperwork is ready. The judge crossed out the baby shall reside with petitioner and put the child should not permanently be out of courts jurisduction. What does that mean ?

If it's on a just-filed petition it was not reviewed by a judge.
