More details to this question:
Happy New Years, Thanks for being online. Child Custody Issue: I wanted to know if I get my daughter back at 6pm today. The ORDERED States: "On consent joint custody of the child is granted to the parents. Parenting time is granted to each parent on an alternating two-week schedule: In week one: Parenting time is granted to the father Wednesday at 6:00pm until Sunday at 6:00 pm and the mother shall have the balance of the week; in week two: the father shall have Tuesday at 6:00pm until Friday at 6:00pm and the mother shall have the balance of the week. The father shall Christmas Eve in the even years from 6:00pm until 1:00pm Christmas Day and the Mother shall have Christmas Day from 1:00pm until New Years Day at 1:00pm and vice versa in odd years." So I am suppose to return her at 1pm today but do I get her back at 6pm? because it just so happen this New Years Day is on my Wed at 6pm when I am suppose to pick her up. and If not when would I get her back? Thanks

Would be interested to hear how this turned out! Usually holidays supercede regular visitation. Seems like if you had her until 1pm, and then you get her again at 6pm, the obvious thing to do would be contact your ex- and say listen, let me keep her the whole day. And when it happens to your ex- in this way, you will give your ex- the whole day as well. This way whenever you both make plans that include travel, no one will be inconvenienced by a strange 5-hour gap of time. Good luck!
