More details to this question:
Hi there ! I'm living outside the united-states for 10 years . and my wife is stalling our divorce For all that time . I contact here for many times to file the papers for uncontntance divorce . our 3 kids are over 26 years old, so we don't have child support Problem . what can I do to force here to divorce me ? do I have to come back to the state to do that ? Or the court can force her to divorce me ? Thanks mr.ben-david uri .

You can't force her to divorce you. You can file a contested case. Hire a lawyer in the area in which she lives and have the filings made. It's possible that your court appearances can be excused.... but you will have to have some documents notarized at the local US Consulate...or before a US Notary in your country.
