More details to this question:
Now is it true that under the New Jersey parentage act that I am the father of that child since he was born while we married? I want to get a dna test done but she is pro longing the situation. I am currently in the service and I will only be down home for 16 more days before I go back to my station. What can I do? To try and get a court day will be too long to process. I will be already back at my duty station. I have the dna test already prepared to do it and it holds up in court
