More details to this question:
If a mother was stalked and ambushed upon discharge from a hospital with her son by an acency owner, then forced and threatened to sign a TPR while medicated is this grounds for overturning an adoption? The agency owner notarized the documents themself and the mother was not given any of the documents, she was denied to seek legal advice and told she was not allowed to take the child home.

what you are describing is coercion and that is one of the two grounds to get an adoption set aside but you have to make the objection within a year. How long ago did this happen? Where did it happen and how was the agency that did the adoption?
