PA Divorce Question

More details to this question:
My husband and I are filing for divorce in Butler county, everything is agreed upon. I served him with the initial paperwork September 26th and he filled the acceptance of service and waiver of counsel on September 28th. From this point we were under the impression that we needed to wait 90 days and sign the remaining documents. i was going to go and sign everything a few days ago (March 6th) but I realized that maybe we were to file the acceptance of service and waiver of counsel with the court and then count 90 days. If this is the case is their a time limit on the date of the acceptance of service and waiver of notice from when he signed it til when I file it, or do I need to get him to sign another waiver of counsel and acceptance of service? or am I good and I can just go and file the acceptance of service/waiver of counsel with the remaining paperwork.

A complaint must be served within 30 days. If not, the complaint must be reinstated.  An acceptance of service must be dated within 30 days of the complaint being filed or reinstated.  Then you must wait 90 days after the acceptance of service is dated to sign your consent forms.
