QUESTION

Parental alienation

Asked on Dec 11th, 2020 on Child Custody - Nevada
More details to this question:
The father was charged with felony against a step child and is waiting for trial. The proceedings took a year but none of the charges were dropped. In the meantime he turned the children against me to make falls aligations and drove me to react. The judge gave him primary custody and supervised visitations to me. Is there a chance to overturn this decision. I find this insane. The judge also made me pay for everything.... I have an attorney, but despite it, he managed to convince the judge that I was unstable, all because I am low income, and he makes a lot of money.

These factual allegations are too vague to comment on in detail.  You should have an extended conversation with your existing attorney about your rights, obligations, and options, and if you are not satisfied with the results of that conversation, you should schedule a second opinion consultation with a qualified family law specialist.
