If a mother leaves her children with their father and moves over 150 miles away, with out the fathers consent before the divorce is finalized, what rights does the father have? What rights does the mother have that moved so far away and left her children?

there are rules prohibiting her from moving. She needs either your permission or a court order allowing her to do so. If you cannot afford an attorney, you can file something with the Court letting the Court know she moved without permission.
