parenting agreement

More details to this question:
I need to know if a voluntary certified parenting and custody agreement not signed through the courts are able to be upheld In new jersey. There is a custody hearing in a week. Can the mother take child back in the meantime.

Usually this will be enforceable because the parties agreed to it.  You can also submit it to the Court as a Consent Order and have it approved by the Court and entered into the record.
