parenting plans

More details to this question:
i used to livein Salem OR where we had our court. I have full custody of my son . she got the standard Oregon parenting plan. 5 years ago I moved back to Washington state and filed my 30 day move notice. now she has got a lawyer and wants to change the parenting plan. shouldn't the court be here in Washington since im the primary parent and have lived here for 5 years ?

In general, the proper places to file for modification of child support or a parenting plan are (1) the residence of the child; (2) the place that issued the last final orders; or (3) the residence of the parent having custody or primary control of the child.  There is no preference, so in a case where there are alternative forums, the first party to file for modification usually is able to select the forum.  If she hasn't filed yet, you should hurry and file.  It is quite literally a race to the courthouse.  Good luck!
