Paternity DNA tests for child support.

More details to this question:
I have a daughter that has my last name she just turned two.. me and her mother broke up about a year and a half ago.. after we broke up she told me that my supposed daughter was not mine... now she is asking me for child support and getting me court ordered to do so soon.. I need to know can i get her court ordered to have a DNA test done one me and my daughter to make for sure she is mine? or is there no way of doing this because she has my last name? if there is a way of doing this do I have to get a lawyer or can i just ask the judge to do this on my own?

Did you sign the acknowledgment of paternity when she was born?   You need to show up to the support conference and you need to not sign anything ackowledging paternity. You need to tell them you want a paternity test done.
