My boyfriend signed the acknowledgement of paternity. My ex is crazy and wont leave me alone and saying hes going to go after a test... Can he just get one? What will he have to do what can I do so I don't have to go to court?

If your ex continues to harass you, depending on the number of messages or attempts to contact you and the content of those messages, you may consider applying for harassment restraining order against him. It carries criminal sanctions if he violates the restraining order, once in effect.
