More details to this question:
HI, I just wanted to know how do I get a DNA for my daughter from the Probate court? Do I go personally and fill out the form? Then go to a constable and have them serve the mother? Does the mother bring the child to the court for the procedure to be done? Thanks!

Dear Anonymous,    You need to file a Complaint for Paternity and follow the applicable procedure. If you are found to be the father, you will be responsible for financially supporting the child.  Best,
