I filed a petition for Grandparent visitation in FL. The Father of the child Attorney filed a motion to dismiss because my Husband is not the biological father of the child's mother, My daughter. DO I need to bring my witnesses and documents from pediatricians/professionals, to the dismissal hearing
There is no grandparent visitation in Florida. So, this is probably the main legal argument of the motion to dismiss. The Motion to Dismiss is judged on the "four corners" of the complaint. Meaning, no other evidence documentary or otherwise can come in.
Best of Luck,
