Hi I would like to know if it is possible to gain power of attorney over my father, his wife (my stepmother) is currently the one who has it, however, she is neglectful towards him. What are the steps to remove her from it? Is that possible?

Would need to know some more details, but you may want to consider seeking a conservatorship. Is your father still mentally competent? Does he have health needs?
