More details to this question:
My wife had a home prior to our marriage. We sold the home for around 325000 after we were married and built a new home worth around 500000. We currently have a 200,000 mortgage. We have been married for 12 years and owned the house for 10 years. We have always comingled our funds to pay bills including the mortgage. We have made improvements to the house including finishing the basement. I also helped during the construction of the home. There was 5 years my wife did not work and I paid the mortgage. Do I have any equity in the home?
