I have possession of all my mother and fathers material items since my mother passed away, 2 years ago. i was her pover of attorney and am my fathers as well. my father is in a long term care nursing facilty. what are my rights regarding these material things there is no will to date. again i have everything in storage or at my home in my possession. today I am being harassed by my
Younger sibling because he want several of the things that I current have at my home in use as my mother instructed me, to make sure I take care of her and her stuff. What do I need to do? What are my rights? My father is not of sound mind and my brother is coaxing him that he wants the items from me for him self. What are my rights since I have and have had possession of these items
