It depends. If you are using the self-help center forms, then follow the instructions, but the key, no matter which way you are doing this, is to be as clear and certain as possible. For example, WHO is responsible for listing, who has approval of the sales price, and who makes the payments until/unless the property sells. WHEN things are to be done.
