hello,sad to say but filing for divorce,no children,and we both agree for it/married 2007....trying to fill petition form and on PROPERTY part.we both have cars but titles on separate names (car for each).Do I have to put those cars in the form?...another thing is she bought house 2009,and title and everything on her name too ,should I mention that on PROPERTY part? cause I agree to leave her everything there and I moved out....thank you

All property should be listed in the Decree and then awarded to the person with possession. The house is a little more complicated. You should speak with an attorney.
