My daughter, 16 now, 15 at the time became pregnant from a then 20 yr old male who is now 21. He did live in same county in Texas but has since moved to near the border to Mexico. I want to have him charged and also, to take custody of child when it is born; which will be very soon.

Notify the police and the district attorney for the charges to be filed. Custody needs to be awarded by a court so file once the he is arrested.
