More details to this question:
23year old twins who commute to college but are verbally abusive and wont obey any house rule.Son has broken door frames and has fits of rage.Daughter verbally violent.Police were here yesterday. They packed up some of personal belongings.I want to change front door lock and retain an attornery. Son has my money from a settlement in his bank account. Please advbise

You have every right to lock them out of the house.  Get the locks changed and tell them to stay out.  Go to the bank and get the account frozen and if necessary get a restraining order.
