I receive child support for my three yr old daughter, now I'm being ordered to pay support for a younger daughter I have but cannot see. I have medical issues and cannot work. Can they take child support from one child to pay for another in the state of Michigan??

No, they can not take your child support. That money belongs to the child. Only your earning may be considered for child support purposes
