Notice of Motion "denied without prejudice for failure to establish proof of service" because defendant in the motion received papers after hearing date. Do I refile same as before with the same package? I'm pro se

yes - but then you will be scheduled for a new motion date and you have to have proof that you notified the other party of the new motion date.
