More details to this question:
In 04/2013 i recieved documents stating i was done with child support, also recieved a $5 refund..but when i go on a layoff or shut down from my job child support still has been taking out child support.so my question is how can i get refunded for my overpayments.

You will need to file a motion to take your ex back to court to collect the overpayments.
