Relocation

my daughters mother is trying to move to louisiana with my daughter to marry a man she has only talked to for a month over the internet. she says she is going to file for relocation. this is not in the best interest of my daughter to be taken from me and the rest of her family. what can i do to prevent this. we have 50/50 joint custody with her having primary physical because i work and she doesnt.
