Consider talking to a lawyer who handles adult guardianship cases. Perhaps a legal guardian could help her stay on her treatment path. Otherwise, you could start a divorce process but you may end up supporting her and dealing with an issue where she needs a guardian in the divorce. If she has adult family members, perhaps you can get one of them to become involved. Good luck.
