I am 3 months pregnant at the moment. My boyfriend recently choked me & I forgave him becauseit was the first time he did that. Today I was trying to talk about my baby's future, he told me to "shut the f*** up or else" I didn't stop talking so he tried. Pushing me off the bed & keeps telling me that no one & nothing will keep him away from his daughter. I know he'll strike again but will also restraining order protect my daughter as well?

You need a protective order from a court. Call the district attorney to get instructions to file it
