More details to this question:
My ex is retiring after 35 years with USPS. We were married 30 years. Divorce papers claim I will receive alimony for the rest of my life. Then it says I am entitled to 50% of his retirement (FERS). Does fers replace my alimony or do I continue to get alimony and then a separate amount for the 50% Pof his retirement account?
