More details to this question:
I was divorced in 2003 while imprisoned and on a hunger strike. I was recently released from prison and would like to recover monies now held by my ex-wife. Do I still have a legal avenue for recovering those monies? Thanks, WGLJ

if your divorce decree spells out "monies" your ex owes you, whether support related or property division, you have the right to enforce the terms of the judgment by filing a motion for contempt.
