I legally married in Mass. in 2008. It ended a year later. My current partner and I live in PA and want to marry since it is legal here now. How do I obtain a divorce, short of legally residing in Mass for a year. This has been frustrating because it is so murky and no one really knows the answer!

I filed and obtained probably the first same-sex divorce in PA for a couple. You file like you would for any divorce.
