I don't know where this belongs...I have a friend who's being denied his right to see his child. He's being told that he has no right. We both know for a fact that this is wrong, but he doesn't have the money for a lawyer.Hmm..... He says that it's mainly the mother saying he has no right, and that he's been told by other wources that unless he has the money to pay, he can't see his son, but looking into Ohio State Law, it says that even if he doesn't have the money for support, he can't be denied his visitation rights, even by the mother. It even says if she were to continue to deny him, she risks losing custody of the boy to him. Our question is, does my friend have the right to see his son? Something isn't right, here.
