selective service

This is not a family law question.  That said, you may have missed the time that anyone had any responsibility for signing up.  if not, the statute of limitations would probably have passed a long time ago.  My guess is that you can find your answers on line, but if not, start looking for an attorney versed in federal criminal law, which is where a selective service violation would probably classify.
