QUESTION

Separation

Asked on Apr 13th, 2015 on Divorce - North Carolina
More details to this question:
I am in a relationship with someone and in their separation agreement I am listed as somebody who cannot be around his kids. This was done for no other reason than to be difficult. No harm or anything like that would be done to the children. They would be welcomed with open arms. What are the legal things that could happen to my partner if this agreement were broken?

He can be sued for breach or the agreement, and made to pay money damages.  She can also use this breach to try to get full custody of the children.
