Separation and Property Agreement

More details to this question:
As part of my divorce the house was to be refinanced into the husbands name only or sold by 6 months from the divorce date. The divorce date was January 3, 2014. He has not done this, what can I do to enforce him to refinance or sell? I would like to buy my own residence and do not want to associated with this home loan(s).

You can reopen your divorce case and file a motion to enforce the final order or a rule to show cause to have him held in contempt for violating the court order.  The court cannot help him get approved for refinancing, but they can order that the house be sold.
