I live in Wisconsin and I need to serve divorce papers to my husband who lives in Canada. I am hiring a process server in British Columbia where he lives. Does the Affidavit of Service need to be BC court paperwork or Wisconsin court paperwork? I filed for divorce in Wisconsin.

The process server will provide an affidavit of service for you over your spouse. I am not sure I otherwise specifically understand your qiestion? they will be serving them with authenticated court papers from the Wisconsin divorce.
