settlement agreement

my spouse keeps changing the agreements, even after conferences with our attorneys. this has been going on for two years. In march I asked my attorney to make a motion for temp. maintenence.. She did not. Now she says it will cost $600.00 and she will not wait for the settlement. I do not have enough money for bills and food, which she has been aware of. She rarely returns my calls and now I am forced to sign the settlement [a[er my spouse wants me to sign so I can afford to love. I have no money left. I am forced to do this so I can get spousal support stated in the settlement my spouse wants me to sign . My attorney made 2 minor changes because that was what she wanted me to do. His attorney and my spouse said no to the agreement changes. Do you understand my situaton? he was served 6-5-2012.
