More details to this question:
Contacted through Facebook, the biological father and my ex wife. After comparing photos, DNA test were conducted between the man and my son, results were positive.Apparently my ex''s parents were aware of their daughters dating, and failed to acknowledge that fact prior to wedding, we were married on the precept that this was my child. This now 27 years later upon this discovery. I have also had my life threatened by the step father.
We have handled a similar case in my office in which the biological father was then made responsible for child support. you should contact my office so that we can discuss this matter further. Because the facts sound familiar, I want to be sure I do not have a conflict of interest.
