More details to this question:
i was served with divorce papers on friday. i am supposed to sign them to saying i agree to everything in order to put in on the uncontested divorce calendar. however when i was reading there was a part that talks about about Joint Custody. However we are currently in custody court right now because he filed for FULL CUSTODY and we have been in court for the past 2 years. if i sign the papers what happens with my custody case does that over ride the out come of the custody case.
