My spouse assaulted me and is now filing for divorce and custody of our special needs son. Should I turn him in for auto insurance fraud, theft from the shipyard and selling of a controlled substance if I have knowledge and/or proof. He is trying to make me look like a raging alcoholic who was abusive to him. I am concerned for my childn's well being. My spouse wants me to have no support after the divorce and wants me to pay child support. There was never any effort when it came to caring for our child and no effort in learning how to meet my child's needs. I believe it is only to take power, control and to hurt me.
