More details to this question:
Can the mother once child is born & custody is established, can mother order child support if the father is unemployed and just getting by with unemployment. Single parents, living in different countys, Mother would work full time- Mother is not a U.S. citizen but father is.

Yes she can; unemployment is considered income; the amount will differes based on her income and the custodial time and other factors such as health insurance payment
