stipulation put in place

More details to this question:
Over 2 years ago a stipulation was put in place for my kids to go to therapy because there dad felt the reason they didn't have a relationship with him was because they had "mental issues" they were going to this therapist were he has stated they are fine and well adjusted children they are now almost 17 years old . there dad has continually lied to the therapist and he is aware that he hasn't been truthful, and also because he lives out of state doesn't attend regularly my kids don't want to go anymore how old do they have to be to decide this.
