More details to this question:
My wife and I are in the early stages of divorce. I just talked to someone tonigth that said my wife asked them if they could give her ride to green bay a couple weeks ago before she left me. she wanted to sell some of her stuff and my stuff. I went the through my Mom's jewlery box she left me. 2 of her diamond rings and a couple of necklaces are missing. What can I do. Should i call the police or what do I do??

If you have actually filed for divorce and served your wife with divorce papers, there’s a prohibition on the sale or disposition of marital assets in the middle of the divorce without consent of the other party or by further order of the court. While there are some exceptions, a person can be found in contempt of court for violating this order.
