my husband recently got supervised visitation of our children in pennsylvania after a no contact order was placed in virginia a year before that. how can the no contact order be eliminated or does pennsylvanias supervised visitation over ride the no contact order in va? his father is the sheriff in our hometown and he told us that my husband will go to jail for violating an order form va. please help!

I don't know enough of the specifics of the case, but one of the two states needs to take jurisdiction of the case. If Pennsylvania, the Virginia order can be registered and voided by the judge's new order.
