I am a divorced dad with four year twins,and receiving alimony,for three years.How am I being taxed

Tax questions can be highly specific to your own circumstances, so you should show your decree and other financial records to your tax advisor/preparer/CPA for a certain answer, but generally, child support is NOT taxable to the recipient or deductible to the person paying it, while alimony -- unless specifically ordered to be otherwise -- IS taxable to the person receiving it, and deductible to the person paying it.
