More details to this question:
My soon to be x husband is insisting that myself, our new born and our 2 year old daughter move out of the marital home even before divorce papers are filed or any visitation or financial terms are agreed upon between us. He is a police office who has threaten me to get out because he wants his new girlfriend to move in and I certainly don't want to be where I'm not welcome however I'm wondering if this move will hurt me in the eyes of the court or if in anyway this move could poorly affect my finical outcome with the home we own?
